Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the process and ensure alignment with repair facility KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, a high school diploma, and at least one year of DRP experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in informing customers and insurance companies.
• Willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process with clear information.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and DRP requirements.
• Participate in daily production walks with the management team.
• Attend health, safety, and staff meetings as required.
