Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate estimates, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurers. The role requires coordinating with the team to meet project KPIs and drive efficient repair workflows.

Ideal candidates possess a state license, DRP knowledge, and strong computer and communication skills, with a commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Michigan mechanics license required.
• Familiarity with repair procedures and OE guidelines.
• 1+ year DRP experience or exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements.
• Coordinate repair planning and communication with the team.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend trainings and safety meetings when required.
