Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance providers. You will document communications, update stakeholders, and help drive KPIs across the repair process.

This role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, and DRP experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in DRP processes.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer needs to the team.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings when required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended by Store Manager.
