Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experience while assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repair needs. You will prepare damage appraisals, document repairs, and maintain ongoing communication with customers and insurance providers.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP familiarity, and at least 1 year in a DRP environment, with I-CAR training and a valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-year DRP experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information, guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating methods.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Engage in daily production walks with management.
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and training sessions as required.
