Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will document damage, determine needed repairs and parts, and inform customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The role emphasizes alignment with team KPIs, customer communication, and adherence to all DRP procedures. A valid driver’s license and I-CAR training readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
