Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a skilled Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document all interactions, communicate with customers and insurers, and ensure alignment with KPIs and WOW standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, DRP and insurance process knowledge, and are willing to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license is required, with collaborative teamwork a must.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with team members to communicate customer requests and needs.
• Maintain energy and professionalism when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Support daily production walks with Management and participate in staff meetings as required.
• Uphold the company’s core values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
