Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and timely.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs, DRP requirements, and WOW standards.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and attend training sessions.
• Support team members as needed and maintain a positive customer-focused environment.
