Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Maryland is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. You will assess vehicle damage, create repair estimates, and coordinate with customers and insurers to ensure a smooth experience.

You’ll document details, support DRP compliance, participate in daily production walks, and work with the Management Team to meet KPIs. We offer strong benefits, growth opportunities, and a team-first culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Awareness of DRP processes.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through repairs.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and support team.
