Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Dundalk, MD seeks an Estimator to craft accurate repair estimates and coordinate customer needs with insurance providers. The role centers on delivering exceptional customer experiences and aligning with team KPIs throughout the repair process.

The Estimator documents damage, guides customers through the repair steps, and ensures compliance with DRP requirements while collaborating with the Management Team during daily production walks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management Team.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
