Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate damage estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers. The Estimator will assess damage, document required repairs and parts, and work with the team to meet repair facility KPIs throughout the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with OE guidelines for repair knowledge.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and stay current.
• Proven ability to use basic computer applications for files and reporting.
• DRP compliance experience or exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repairs.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Communicate requests to the appropriate team members and support the team.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings as required.

Skills

Awareness of where to look for answers

Basic Computer Skills

DRP compliance experience

Valid Driver's License
