Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with insurance providers throughout the process.

The role emphasizes adherence to DRP guidelines, knowledge of OE repair standards, and collaboration with the management team to achieve KPIs. Training opportunities are available and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Awareness of DRP requirements with at least 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance program requirements and processes.
• Coordinate with team on drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in-person and over the phone.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as required by management.
