Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The Estimator assesses vehicle damage and documents needed repairs and parts, collaborating with the team to meet KPIs and ensure quality outcomes for every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and Original Equipment guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills; ability to use common software.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information to customers guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team and attend health, safety and staff meetings.
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended by Store Manager.

Skills
