Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Staunton, VA is seeking an Estimator to accurately assess vehicle damage, prepare repair estimates, and coordinate communication with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

You will document customer interactions, ensure timely updates, and support the team in meeting facility KPIs. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with I-CAR training willingness and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers and basic computer skills.
• Compliance with DRP procedures and I-CAR training willingness.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely information to customers and insurance companies.
• Document interactions and update customers throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with the shop team.
• Prepare and review repair estimates aligning with KPIs.
• Participate in daily production walks and safety meetings.
