Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Staunton, VA is seeking an Estimator who can deliver an outstanding customer experience while creating estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers. You will assess vehicle damage, document repairs and parts, and collaborate with the team to meet KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of DRP processes, strong communication, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update details.
• Provide customers with timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.

Skills
