Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the process, ensuring documentation is complete and aligned with KPIs.

A valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and I-CAR training or willingness to obtain are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with accurate and timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Document and update customer interactions and repair plans; communicate with insurance companies.
• Ensure compliance with DRP processes and WOW operating procedures and KPIs.
• Attend required training and safety meetings and assist team as needed.
