Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Virginia is seeking an Estimator to create accurate vehicle damage appraisals and coordinate repair needs for customers and insurance companies. You will document customer interactions, guide them through the repair process, and help ensure satisfaction while aligning with the shop's KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, basic computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and a minimum of one year of estimator DRP experience; I-CAR training may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate repair documentation.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an estimator/DRP environment.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions efficiently and accurately.
• Provide accurate repair planning information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to satisfy DRP requirements.
• Participate in production walks and team meetings.
• Support staff and contribute to meeting facility KPIs.
