Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Winchester, VA is seeking an Estimator to provide outstanding customer experience while preparing estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the process.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, DRP compliance, I-CAR training, and a valid driver’s license. You will work with the management team on daily production walks and strive to meet KPIs while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills are essential for handling customers and insurers.
• 1+ year DRP experience preferred.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customers with timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, processes and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety meetings and staff trainings.
