Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Florida is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating precise repair estimates, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

You will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and work with the team to meet KPIs. The role requires at least 1 year of experience, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license; I-CAR training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating repairs and OE guidelines.
• Eligibility to use repair data and parts catalogs.
• Basic computer literacy for estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate vehicle repair estimates and cost projections.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurers.
• Document damage assessments and required repairs clearly.
• Collaborate with staff to meet KPIs and maintain service levels.
