Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Florida is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experience, assess vehicle damage, and prepare accurate estimates while coordinating repairs and communicating with insurers. The Estimator will document the damage, gather parts details, and support the repair team to meet KPI targets in a fast-paced collision center.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Compliance for DRP’s is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a repair environment.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction and update records accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process and communicate with insurance providers.
• Coordinate repair needs with shop teams to meet KPIs.
• Assist with daily production walks and attend training sessions as required.
• Maintain and update store KPIs through performance.
