Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Florida is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating repair estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the process to ensure alignment with team KPIs.

The position requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), basic computer skills, 1 year of experience, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License Required.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information, guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Way guidelines for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
• Maintain store KPIs by maximizing role performance.
• Uphold the company's Core Values: Honesty, Integrity & Respect.
