Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repair needs. You will document repairs, inform customers and insurers, and align with team KPIs to drive a successful outcome.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, high school or equivalent education, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and maintain DRP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction accurately.
• Provide timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Way standards for customer drop-offs and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Support team during daily production walks and safety meetings.
