Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator in Florida to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document all interactions, inform customers and insurers, and align with team KPIs. A valid driver’s license and I-CAR training are preferred.

The role emphasizes adherence to WOW Operating Way guidelines, timely communication, and collaboration with the management team in a fast-paced collision facility setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers throughout the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Attend health & safety meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain store KPIs and support team members as needed.
