Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an experienced Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repairs with insurance companies.

You will assess damages, document repairs, and communicate with customers and team members to meet KPIs, while upholding our core values of honesty, integrity, and respect.

This role offers daily collaboration with the management team in a high-volume collision repair facility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of DRP processes.
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Requires strong customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Maintain the store's KPI’s by maximizing role performance.
