Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The role focuses on ensuring alignment with team KPIs, documenting interactions, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced collision and glass repair environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements, DRP processes, and WOW operating standards.
• Participate in team meetings and daily production walks as needed.
• Support team members and communicate customer requests clearly to the relevant departments.
