Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating detailed estimates, and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance providers. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and adherence to DRP and WOW standards.

The Estimator will partner with a cross-functional team to meet facility KPIs, update clients throughout the repair process, and maintain high-quality service from intake to delivery.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and ensure outstanding service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Way’s standards for customer drop-offs, repair planning and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Present positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone.
• Understand and apply Insurance program procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and support teammates.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings as required.
• Maintain store KPIs by optimizing performance.
