Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You’ll document all communication, manage parts replacements, and align with the team to hit KPIs.

The role emphasizes ownership of the customer journey through the repair process. The position requires knowledge of OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year of experience in a collision or DRP environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Awareness of DRP’s and insurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and internal metrics.
• Participate in daily production walks and support team members as needed.
• Attend training and team meetings as required.
