Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and coordinate repairs with customers and insurers.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and shop procedures.
• Communicate repair plans and status to customers and insurance partners.
• Support team through production walks and daily operations.
