Job summary

The Boyd Group in Pooler, GA is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the process.

You will document all interactions and ensure compliance with DRP requirements while supporting the team to meet KPIs. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with a willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers is necessary.
• Compliance for DRP’s is required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with relevant details.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and company procedures.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Offer positive, energetic greetings in person and on the phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops as recommended.
