Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator in Statesboro, GA. This role focuses on creating accurate estimates, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance entities to ensure a smooth repair process.

You will participate in daily production walks, follow DRP requirements, and pursue I-CAR training as needed. Compensation includes commissions tied to location and revenue, with potential bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction, ensuring details are accurate
• Provide customers with timely information and guide them through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers and on the phone
• Understand all required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with Management
• Support team members as needed
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings if required
• Attend training sessions and workshops as recommended by Store Manager
