Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator in GA, Richmond Hill to deliver exceptional customer experiences by creating accurate damage appraisals and coordinating repair needs with insurers. You will document interactions, communicate progress, and help the team meet KPIs while upholding core values.

Required are a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a commitment to DRP and I-CAR training. Compensation includes commissions and potential bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Proven ability to document and communicate clearly with customers and insurers.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training and comply with DRP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with relevant details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and performance metrics.
• Coordinate daily production walks and support team members as needed.
• Maintain store KPIs and uphold company values of honesty, integrity and respect.
