Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator in Albany, GA to deliver outstanding customer experiences while coordinating vehicle repairs and communications with customers and insurers. The estimator will assess damage, document repairs, and support the team to meet KPIs and repair productivity goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and at least one year of DRP experience; I-CAR training and a valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills for repairs and process documentation.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Awareness of DRP compliance and related procedures.
• 1 year of experience in related role.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records promptly.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks and support team members as needed.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings; engage in ongoing training.
