Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies to keep everyone informed and aligned with the shop’s KPIs.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with accuracy.
• Provide information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Support team members as needed.
