Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and documenting repairs. You will coordinate with customers and insurers, ensuring smooth communication and timely updates throughout the repair process.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to WOW standards, and ongoing participation in training and safety initiatives. A valid driver’s license and I-CAR training readiness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in collision/repair.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through repair process and communication with insurance.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW operating standards.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Support team members and participate in safety training.
