Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while creating vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. The role requires accurate damage assessment and documentation to support the repair process and KPI achievement.

The Estimator will work closely with the management team, ensure communication across all stakeholders, and uphold company standards and training, including I-CAR requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• Basic Computer Skills
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Document and update the customer interaction accurately
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics
• Coordinate repair planning and communication with customers and team
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members
• Participate in daily production walks with Management Team and staff meetings
