Gerber Collision & Glass in Columbus, OH, is hiring an Estimator to create precise vehicle damage estimates and coordinate repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will communicate clearly, document details, and ensure alignment with the shop's KPIs.

This role emphasizes customer experience and teamwork. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year DRP/commercial estimating experience, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills; willingness to complete I-CAR training is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills to document estimates.
• Minimum 1 year DRP experience; I-CAR training willingness.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with accurate details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all DRP requirements and insurance processes.
• Coordinate with team during daily production walks to meet KPIs.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain professional, energetic greetings in person and on the phone.
