Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.

The Estimator will assess vehicle damage, document repairs, and work with the team to achieve KPIs. Minimum education includes a high school diploma, with at least 1 year of experience and DRP knowledge. Opportunities include comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
• Adhere to WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Offer positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team as required.
• Support team members when needed and attend trainings and meetings.
