Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Mayfield Heights is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating with customers and insurers.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP processes, plus a valid driver’s license and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. Join a team focused on quality, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide customers with timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Coordinate with staff during daily production walks and repairs.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
