Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Columbus, OH is hiring an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document everything, communicate with customers and insurers, and ensure all processes meet DRP requirements.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through repairs, supporting the management team, and participating in safety and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver's License
• Awareness of DRP processes

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details
• Guide customers through the repair process and provide excellent service
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics
• Coordinate repair planning and communication with team members
• Attend daily production walks and support team as needed
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety meetings and trainings
