Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience, accurately assess vehicle damage, and coordinate repairs with customers and insurance providers. The role emphasizes communication, documentation, and collaboration with the repair team to meet facility KPIs.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through the repair process, ensuring DRP compliance, and contributing to daily production walks and safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and metrics.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops.
