Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a skilled Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document details, communicate with customers and insurance companies, and ensure alignment with team goals and KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of experience. I-CAR training, a valid driver’s license, and DRP compliance are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with accurate details.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drops, planning, communication, and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members and attend required meetings.
