Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document repairs, parts, and communications, ensuring alignment with team KPIs and insurance requirements.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, a high school diploma, and willingness to complete I-CAR training, with opportunities for career growth within a long-standing collision

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines is required.
• Basic computer skills are necessary to document and process repairs.
• Compliance for DRPs and other processes must be observed.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process and insurance communications.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Collaborate with management during daily production walks and team meetings.
