Gerber Collision & Glass is looking for an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will communicate with customers and insurers, ensuring alignment with team KPIs and WOW standards.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. DRP compliance, I-CAR training, and basic computer skills are essential, with opportunities in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum of 1 year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR training.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Coordinate with team per WOW Operating Ways on drop-offs, planning and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Exhibit positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health & safety meetings and training sessions as required.
