Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers.

The role focuses on clear communication, timely updates, and adherence to DRP processes while supporting the repair team to meet KPIs. A high school diploma and I-CAR training are required; a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete I-CAR training and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and keep records updated.
• Provide customers with accurate repair information and guide them through the process.
• Comply with insurance client requirements and WOW standards.
• Participate in production walks and team meetings.
• Attend training sessions as recommended.
