Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document estimates, communicate with customers and insurers, and ensure alignment with KPIs across the team.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP processes, and willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver's license and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum of 1-year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers.
• Understand Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings.
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops.
