Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating estimates, and coordinating repair needs. You will communicate with customers, insurance companies, and the repair team to ensure alignment with KPIs and a smooth repair process.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, along with basic computer skills, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented and updated with pertinent details.
• Provide customers with accurate information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
