Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, creating estimates, and coordinating repair needs with customers, insurance companies, and the shop team.

Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP processes, basic computer skills, and a valid driver’s license; willingness to complete I-CAR training is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Compliance for DRP’s (minimum 1 year experience).
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and company procedures.
• Participate in production walks and team meetings.
• Support team members as needed and attend training sessions.
