Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing estimates, and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies to keep them informed and ensure alignment with the shop’s KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma, and willingness to complete I-CAR training. A valid driver's license and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use repair management software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare repair estimates and documentation for customers and insurers.
• Coordinate repair needs across departments to meet KPIs.
• Provide clear updates to customers throughout the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with DRP requirements and WOW Operating Way procedures.
