Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies. You will assess vehicle damage, document required repairs, and communicate progress to customers and team members to align with KPIs.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and DRP experience; you may need I-CAR training and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to complete DRP procedures
• Basic Computer Skills
• 1 year DRP experience
• Willing to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with details
• Guide customers through repair process with timely information
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes
• Coordinate repair planning and communication with the team
• Participate in production walks with the Management Team
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required
