The Estimator ensures damage assessment accuracy, documents required repairs, and aligns with team KPIs to drive facility success. This role emphasizes customer service, collaboration, and adherence to DRP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge, skills and abilities include basic computer skills and DRP compliance.
• Awareness of where to look for answers; ability to comply with DRP requirements.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in the role or related field.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update pertinent details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process with excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
