Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process. The estimator plays a pivotal role in aligning with team members to meet KPIs and ensure a smooth, transparent repair journey.

You will collaborate with management on daily production walks, maintain DRP compliance, and uphold insurance requirements while guiding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of auto repairs and OE guidelines.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.
• Basic computer skills and DRP compliance.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer needs to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management and support the team.

Skills

Awareness of where to look for answers

Basic Computer Skills

Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year
